We have the latest in powder coating equipment and technology, including a 6.5m x 2.5m oven, with the capacity to take large agricultural equipment.
Our intensive process provides a clean, hard and flawless paint surface after coating, offering a higher quality finish than paint spraying or liquid paint applications.
Powder coating is used for metals, aluminium, household white goods, and a whole quantity of agricultural, arboricultural and farming equipment – to name just a few things.
The powder coating is firstly applied as a dry powder, which means it doesn't need a solvent to bind it. The powder is then cured under heat which forms a skin. Normally the powder is a thermoplastic or thermoset polymer. The finish that is produced is rock hard - tougher than a conventional paint coating.
Because the powder coating does not have a liquid form, it can produce thicker coatings without running or dripping, and the result is a smooth and flawless finish. Several powder colours can even be applied before curing.
